We were in the market for a new jeep. Talked with an old friend who used to work there and asked who I could talk to and get a great deal. He said Robbie Dixon. Then he called him to let him know I was interested in looking at the 2014 Cherokee. Robbie called me and we made an appointment at 7 PM. All thru the day, he was keeping me up to date on locating the jeep and getting it out front so we can test drive it. Was the last 2014 on the lot. Make sure you ask for him! He's professional, swift, and makes you feel like a valued individual with lithia! I will never be going to 5th ave again so long as Travis is a manager there.. It was a shame that 5th couldn't do what lithia did for me in literally an hour or less, AND I WENT TO 5th for two days in a row :(

The sales team was great! We had twins less than 2 years old with us during the entire sale. The added distractions did not phase the team... We have received nothing but the best, both in services and customer satisfaction. While I have dealt with several Service Advisors at Lithia, I always try to be assisted by Mr. Kenny Ellert. He always lays it out on the line as to services/repairs required and/or recommended and time needed to accomplish them. He always promptly informs me if required repairs/services are going to take longer or circumstances changes than what he discussed with me. Excellent employee, glad he is there, don't loose him.....His is a fine dedicated young man which is hard to find these days.

Service is awesome! The tech couldn't recreate the original problem I described when making my service appointment so they sent a tech to ride along so we could explain exactly what I felt when my vehicle was acting up. We went through a series of what ifs and found a conclusion that worked for both parties involved and saved me $100. The courtesy van was quick on the pick and drop off. Our rental car for the day was setup and ready to go once the rental counter opened.

Good service, still have a little play in the steering wheel but it is acceptable.
