I really did not have any significant issues with this dealership until I sit down to buy the car. Basically, I was mislead with some false promises. First, sales tells me they have the all weather mats I want for the car. Then when I go to sign they tell me they have to order the mats. Two weeks later after I take the initiative to inquire about the mats, they wind up providing me the mats, less the cargo mat. Now, I had to spend 230 on a cargo mat (including shipping) that I did not receive compensation for. Sales staff tell you they will buy you a tank of gas with a perfect review also. Just a bunch of meaningless words from sales staff to get you to buy a car.
