I absolutely loved working with Evan! He was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, helpful, patient....He spent a lot of time with me, answering the million questions that I had, looking at a ton of vehicles and test driving one not only once....but twice! I would most definitely work with him again as well as reccomend him. Financing was a nightmare and I was given poor/incorrect information and it took forever to get all of he paperwork together and signed. All in all the experience was okay.

My salesman was Troy and even though he was new to Lithia he was awesome. Abseil was also awesome in Finance. The Assistant General Manager gave me a great price on the vehicle and was very understanding of my recent loss of my 2017 Ram 3500 to a recent accident . Thanks everyone. Brought the new truck in to get undercoat, etc,. Jeremie called when it was ready for pickup (which was after service center hours) and hung around until I arrived to reclaim it. He was personable and professional and the truck looked great.

My husband and I went into the dealership looking for a Jeep. We were not sure was model we wanted, but we knew the price range and that we wanted a family vehicle that would last us a long time. Shelby was absolutely amazing at listening to everything we said and making sure we were getting exactly what we were asking for. I truly never thought buying a car could be that smooth and honestly enjoyable. Shelby was extremely attentive in finding out what would work for our budget we were set on. We went in with a price in mind we were set on spending and she helped us leaving there not a single penny over what we thought was worth it.
