Service dept reviewed problem on-site, made an appt for the next week, kept the car for the day, gave the car back & told us they need to order the part which will take 10 days. Why did we have an appt in the first place? When this happens 3 or more times to customers with MAX CARE, time to let others know! Waste of customer time!!!! Talking to Service Manager didn't help! PS...the only A FIVE-STAR employee we know of is Keoni Hellerbu he's working in a one-star dept.

In search for a 300. I spent most of the day looking for a good quality Chrysler 300. Finally when I got to Lithia they had a couple that I was really interested in. One really caught Mayeye it was used low mileage excellent condition . Started talking to Billy Ledbetter excellent sales man very knowledgeable. all the people there were very nice and considerate took very good care of us. I would definitely recommend Billy and the rest of the guys there to anyone of my friends. I will be going back very soon for work van.

After a car accident in which our SUV was totaled, my husband and I were faced with finding a new vehicle that would fit the needs of our family. Because insurance didn't cover the full original cost of the SUV we lost, we had to shop with a budget. We decided on a minivan and I had a wish list of what I wanted in addition to color and interior preferences. After shopping around for a week and not finding exactly what I wanted, I called Lithia and spoke with William "Billy" Ledbetter. They didn't have anything on the lot that fit my wants so he asked if I give him some time and let him search. An hour later, Billy called me back and found exactly what I was looking for. The vehicle wasn't at their lot so we made an appointment for the next day so he could get it delivered for me to take a test drive. When we arrived, the minivan was waiting for us and it was just what we were looking for. The team at Lithia went out of their way to bring the price within our budget and even honored my request for new mats and a full tank of gas! We are super pleased with our new 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan and look forward to many years of use of it for our family. We absolutely recommend Litha and Billy for those looking for a vehicle.

Went In for an oil change. Very Good service at a good price. Prompt, and friendly , highly recommended. Friendly employees, good experience. Price was cheaper than quoted.

Eric was amazing. We went in to trade a lease in and he found us better options. He remained friendly and professional throughout the whole process. The rest of the staff was helpful and quick as well. We will definitely be back next year for our other vehicle.
