We purchased a 3500 Ram in the states and had trouble with the computer nearly immediately. Dodge offered to replace it at no charge (including all Chrysler and 3rd party accessories). Lithia ordered an exact replacement, received it, installed accessories, made all arrangements with Chrysler, prepared, relicensed, and delivered the new truck to us at no additional charge.
