When you talk about a "car dealership" the classic picture of a high pressure, gimmicky, shady environment comes to mind. No so with Lithia. This is the 5th car I bought from Lithia since 2002, and the third from Patrick Osbon. Time to dispel that myth. Patrick lives in my neighborhood. You can believe that what is important to him is keeping our kids safe. This may look like a traditional car dealership on the outside, but on the inside these are our neighbors and friends. I would, and have, recommended Patrick Osbon to anyone needing a vehicle.

My time at this dealership was pretty great. David helped me and sold me my car and knew just what I wanted. The only reason I don’t leave 5 stars is because we did a lot of waiting I would still recommend people go here for their cars though. My car was totally worth the wait!

Paul Osbon treated us with respect and was kind and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions/concerns with the greatest attitude and definitely made my husband and I feel much more comfortable with the sale process.

in dealing with them, they came thru with the deal and the service they advertised. Needed a bumper hitch installed on my new Jeep and they got the job done, and the installation looks factory.
