Dropped car off.
Dropped car off. Received no return call or update for 2 days. Was told Service advisor would call me back twice. No follow up call. 3rd day I swung by and saw the car just sitting out in the lot. Picked up car and will never return for service work.

There seems to be a communication issue between the
There seems to be a communication issue between the service center & the parts department. I made the initial appointment for recall work 2+ weeks out, but the work couldn't be completed due to no parts. I waited a couple weeks to hear from someone that the parts were in, but no one called. So I called to find out where things stood. After a few back & forth I found out the parts had come in the next day... no one called me... & there hadn't been communication between the 2 departments. Christian was excellent about keeping me up to date on progress. The overall work was good.
