Cannot keep an appointment or complete work in the
Cannot keep an appointment or complete work in the promised time frame. Took car in for a recall inspection and oil change after making an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Dealership didn’t have the necessary parts. 17 days later I got my car back. They didn’t begin work until 2 weeks after taking my car. They never gave me any updates on progress. Would not return phone calls or text messages despite providing numbers precisely for that purpose. Worst service experience in the last 23 years.

Unprofessional and unorganized. They don't care about the customer once the purchase is made. Poor and lack of communication is unbearable and unbelievable.
