Dirty Truck?
We love Morgan Hill Ford. Not to happy with the offer on a new truck but we continue to look. Next time someone test drives our truck and drive through the mud and leaves it up to the windows you might think about cleaning it without having to bring it back to be washed. Still love the store.

Great service, coureous personnel
I had my oil changed, and 10,000 mile service. I was given an appointment exactly when I requested. Service was prompt, personnel were courteous and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better response.

Well managed process
We purchased a Ford Flex, the entire process was well managed only a slight delay waiting for finance, I guess when you sell so many cars that is understandable.

Customer Care
I purchased a Ford Escape Hybrid in 2006 and have had my vehicle serviced at the Ford Store to date. My experience is always very positive with check in, service & follow-up. Improvements needed are as follows: 1). Calling in for appointments can take 2-3 tries. 2). Service staff changes often.

Great Service!
I got my first service and two recalls take care of during my visit. All of the staff was friendly and helpful and estimated the time it would take for service fairly accurately. I still have an outstanding issue from when I purchased my Escape in April but I believe it will be resolved shortly.

New Ford F-150
I was more than delighted with Oliver Nunez he was most helpful when i did my initial test drive and followed up over the next couple of weeks being very professional and not pushy. When I was ready to purchase there was No possibility I would use any other Sales person or Organization. The pricing at the Ford Superstore was very Fair and hassle Free,overall a great Experience.
