I took my vehicle in for an oil change. I left with a dent and scratches in the driver door. It's obvious the technician opened my door into something.

Dented and scratched my door

Took my vehicle in for an oil change. It's obvious the tech opened my door into something. I washed my vehicle 20 minutes prior to getting it serviced and my car was flawless. I drive straight home and see the damage.

Won't ever buy from Graff again. The "As is" cars

Won't be going back to Graff. Bought a used 2009 Traverse. They said they do regular oil changes and tire rotations. However the day we brought it home there was no heat, we took it back and they fixed it for 150.00. Then drove it for two days. After two days the motor starting spuddering, turns out one of the 6 cylinders was completing misfiring. I understand used cars are sold "As is" however I think they knew something was wrong and didn't disclose. Also no way they could do oil changes, the oil was way over filled and there was moisture in it. I had to spend several hundreds of dollars to fix the misfire cylinder. Then it might not be fixed all the way, it may end up needing a whole new motor.

great communication but as all dealers there is no trucks available , I wanted to lease a trail boss and trade in my 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ

Dont buy from them

They sell horrible as is cars. Then managers never return calls. But then get bitter and childish when you leave negative reviews. Then the service dept says they are getting an 1800 dollar part to get us to pay 200 to get it fixed. Then after we see they used a remanufactured part that was only 400. Took them 7 days to put it in. So much wrong with the 2011 traverse we bought. Bought as is used cars before but nothing this bad.

Wont buy from them

Wont go back to Graff. Bought a used 2011 traverse as is. They said it passed all inspections. Well 2 days after driving it off their lot our torque converter was going. They took it in but told us because its an 1800 dollar part we would have to pay 200.00. We just had dropped 5000 down payment in cash. So we paid the 200. Took them a week. Come to find out they put in a remanufactured part that only costed 400. Now the wheel bearing has to be fixed. But because i put a negative review their manager Matt Sloan is throwing a fit and won't help us anymore. Took a week of many phone calls to get him to finally call back . Horrible management..

Excellent service for the last 7 years!

I've been taking my cars here for service for 7 years. I've also gotten three cars here and they have always been excellent. I trust them and they have always been fair and that means a lot to me. I don't take my car anywhere else if I can help it.

Smooth Transaction

I went in knowing kind of what I was wanting and Wyatt showed me three different car options and explained the difference of each one. I did a test drive of the one I wanted and then he made sure I got a great price. He is open and honest about realistic prices and it makes it easier to know what to expect before you test drive a car. This is my second time leasing and having Wyatt Earp as my agent.
