Brian is point on with getting my vehicle accurately diagnosed and repaired, preparing in advance for anticipated parts that might hold up the repair process and making sure of their availability before repairs begin. Usually even difficult repairs have been able to be done within a day, and done completely well! His ability to make things happen satisfies me in a demanding use of a vehicle that I need to depend on.

This was the third time I had to have my car in for service and every time I have contact with Graff Chevrolet, I am met with courtesy and professionalism. They always get my car in at the appointed time. When they're done, they explain everything they did and if they discover a potential problem, they let me know. They never try to get to me have unnecessary repairs done. I love this place! I would NEVER trust my car to anyone except Graff Chevrolet. And I will never buy another car from anyone else.
