Great Experience

Moved into area from another state and was in need of a new car. I checked out other dealers and vehicles - they just didn't match up to Pauli Ford. Roger Epps worked with me (I was undecided about make and model) with his knowledge and ESPECIALLY HIS PATIENCE) I decided on a Ford Focus. When Roger introduced me to Pauli Ford's service department, it was a done deal! I have never in my very long life, saw such an organized, clean dealer service area. Although it was the end of the day, everyone took there time with me and were very friendly. At no time at all was I pressured - it did take a few days for me to make a decision but when I did it was easy My next hurdle (in my mind) was finance. Bill McCann immediately put me at ease and told me what all my options were, again with no pressure. I was introduced to Frank Pauli, owner and his entire staff. This is an outstanding dealership with outstanding personal!!! I LOVE MY NEW 2014 FORD FOCUS AND ALL THESE PEOPLE MADE IT POSSIBLE - GREAT JOB FOLKS!!!

Great prices, service and wonderful staff.

I have bought my last 5 vehicles from this dealership. The sales staff (esp. Kevin McCracken) are great. There has never been a time I felt like they were tslking down to me because I am a woman. There is no hard sale, just facts and true numbers. The service department is excellant and very honest. They won't try to sell you something you don't need. I always leave there feeling like I got a good deal and my business was appreciated.

Top Notch

We purchased a pre-owned certified Ford vehicle at Pauli Ford. Our salesman, Roger, and business manager, Bill, made the experience about the best I can imagine it to be when shopping for a new (to us) car. They were knowledgeable, interested in knowing what WE wanted and needed. No pressure on us at all to buy - just courteous and friendly. These are folks who really do seem to live "the golden rule". Very positive experience. We would definitely work with them again, and recommend to friends and family shopping for a vehicle. We have not used the service department there, so cannot rate.

Every aspect of the transaction was handled in a kind and professional manner. Time was taken to listen to our families needs and concerns. When faced with an issue regarding our trade in, extra consideration was provided that far exceeded any dealer experiance that we have had in the past. When the papers were signed and we had the keys we knew that we had made the correct decision. Our only wish is that we could rate each category as Excellent as great is not enough to express the service provided by Roger Epps and each employee that we worked with. We highly recommend Paul I Ford and Roger Epps if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

Highly recommend this dealer! They went out of their way...

Highly recommend this dealer! They went out of their way to find a certified pre-owned car that fit our needs. The certified pre-ownedTaurus we really liked from their website was in the process of being sold upon our arrival. Roger Epps, sales, took his time showing us different cars but understood we really had our hearts set on a Taurus. He continued to work with us in a sincere manner, keeping our list of "wants vs. needs" in mind until he had one to sell us. We experienced fast, friendly service even though we had specific expectations. The actual purchase was quick and painless. Roger Epps and Brian Pauli were a pleasure to work with. This was our first Ford purchase and we will be going back for sure. We are extremely happy with our Taurus and the overall purchasing experience. It's worth the drive to St. Johns!

Our company has dealt with Pauli for half a dozen company...

Our company has dealt with Pauli for half a dozen company vehicles since early 2000. Kevin is always easy to deal with and very accommodating with our schedules. He is also knowledgeable about the vechicles and features. The service department is quick to call you after diagnosing a repair and performs the work in an expeditious manner.

Pauli Ford offered a professional, yet friendly, small-town experience. Ensuring customer comfort was of utmost importance. There was a welcoming team approach from every department. Our sales person, Roger, listened to our wants and needs and patiently worked with us for several weeks until we found the used vehicle that was right for us. We look forward to working with Pauli Ford and Roger again, when we replace another of our vehicles.
