Pauli Ford

It was raining outside when I was looking so they brought the car I wanted to look at inside so I could look it over. Took it for a test drive, Roger Epps is a very good, no pressure salesman, he not only pointed out strong points of the vehicle but even pointed out some of the down sides to help me make my choice. Over all had an excellent experience.

Dropped my truck off for an oil change. I also saw a new truck that would be the one I would want if I were to replace my current vehicle

Found my used 2007 Ford Escape on cars.com at Paul I Ford. Couldn't asked for anything better! The car was immaculate (almost as clean as the day it was produced) sales staff willing to go above and beyond. Nice smaller town Ford dealer unlike the mega inter city superstores found elsewhere. I will be back for my next vehicle.

Needed passenger mirror repaired or replaced-DONE Car stopped working, fuel pump modulator-Needed to be replaced-DONE Smiles, expert explanation to go with fine workmanship, that is standard at Pauli Ford. OK this sounds like a advertisement for Pauli Ford, it "ain't" it is what I have gotten from Pauli for the past couple of decades. The staff has changed quiet a bit over that time, but the quality of performance has always remained the same. Now about the free donuts to go with the free coffee and popcorn-OK there are no free donuts, coffee, popcorn and smiles are still there.

I hadn't needed to buy a car and get financing since 1991, and Roger at Pauli had me fixed up and in a car in one day! They even came and picked me up and towed my old car away! These guys are all great! I would recommend anyone go see them first when looking for a car!
