awesome sales man!!

Roger is a keeper... He was excellent on his service and very workable. Not too mention very kind hearted!!

I chose Pauli Ford not only because they are local, and I believe in supporting your local merchants, but also because they have always been very good to me. They follow up with me several times to see if I have any questions or problems, and they always seem to be very grateful that I do my business with them. They take the time to thank me for my business, whether it is through email, or cell phone, they let me know how much they appreciate my business, which I appreciate that!

I loved working with Bill. Everything that he told us...

I loved working with Bill. Everything that he told us went 100% well. I would buy a car from this dealership again. And I will recommend this dealership and this salesman to everybody I meet. I had two little minor problems with my car; a windshield wiper and a housing for an interior light. I pulled it into service and they got it all done very quickly. I couldn't be more happy with my car!!!!

The Service Department diagnosed quickly my no-start problem with my 2004 Ford Taurus, advised me and got it fixed in just a few hours. It runs well now.

After speaking with and visiting 4 other local...

After speaking with and visiting 4 other local dealerships, including one I used to work for, we arrived at Pauli Ford with our Certified 2010 Mercury Milan from a Lincoln Dealership in Sarasota, FL. Right off the bat we could tell this experience would be different. The staff at your dealership actually made us feel like they cared and they listened to everything we said without judging us or making us feel stupid, as ALL of the other dealerships had. It turned out our transmission needed a major software upgrade, something that none of the other dealerships could figure out/didn't try to figure out. Beyond that, they explained in detail everything that was going on and they had our car completely finished in no time. Thank you so much for the incredible customer service and the technical ability to fix our prized Milan. We will definitely return and we will tell all of our family and friends (who still buy American). Thank you again!!!

Had one of my vehicles at Pauli for service, and decided to check their website to see what Ford Escapes they had in stock. I spotted two that I liked and called to arrange a test-drive of the one I preferred. Roger was very helpful and informative, as was Bill. The buying experience from beginning to end was great, and I'm really enjoying my new ride.

They replaced the tires on our 2010 Ford Edge. Because the car had only 23,000 miles and we rotated regular, Ford covered 60% of the tire cost to put factory tires back on the vehicle. Glenn called Ford and got us the deal on the tires.

Looking through the lot ,sales rep approached us and...

Looking through the lot ,sales rep approached us and conversed over prices and inventory. Upon reviewing stock we choose a used F-150 pickup. Credit check was run and signed a purchased agreement. Very happy with the over all experience. I would highly recommend this Dealership to friends and family for the purchase of a new or used vehicle.
