Shaheen Chevrolet
Everything was great up until time to take delivery. After signing all the papers it was over an hour before the salesman finally brought my truck around for me to drive away. Shaheen knew for a week when I was signing papers so I think ths truck should have been ready by the time I got there. Salesman said one of the detail guys called in sick but wouldn't you have had the truck ready the day/night before? That is my only complaint. I was treated very well and not pressured at all. Other than delivery great overall experience.

Horrible Service
Craig at the service department turned away my daughter because he was too interested in closing the shop, being that it was 20 minutes to closing time. He didn't even bother to test drive her vehicle until I asked if the car was safe to drive (which by the way was unsafe to drive and be on the road) and I was the one who had to offer options as to what Shaheen's could do to work with us on the issue! Turns out her car needed an entirely new Transmission control valve at 8700 miles! Graff Chevrolet is the one who is performing the warranty work for us since Shaheen showed no interest in servicing a new GM vehicle or helping us out in any capacity. My driveway has 2 new Chevrolet and a certified new Chevrolet in it, and I can guarantee you this they will never have my business again! I sent her there in hopes that this certified Chevrolet dealer would provide some kind of service, I will be making a formal complaint direct to General Motors corporate!

Exceptional all around!
The people at this dealership really care, not just about the car I purchased from them, but they care about me. I brought my 2013 Silverado in for service on 16 SEPT and the guys did my service and paged me my Trk was Done so I went and picked it up and left. On the way home my left rear wheel lug nut cap came off ?. It was a good thing I was going slow and caught it before I got on the Hiway also when I was putting the cap on tight I noticed the valve stem cap was missing so I will be comeing back to town next week for some appt's and will stop by to get my cap the guys left off. It's not a big deal but I think you should have an quality inspector give these vehicles a quit once over before they get the veh's in and out so quickly/ I used to run a Maint shop for the Military and a simple mistake could be very costly.
