Great Service

After finding that vandals had punctured one of my tires overnight, I called Will Bailey and asked him if the tire for my Traverse was in stock, and what the cost would be. He quickly got all the info together, and even price-compared to other retailers. Yes, I checked. Shaheen's price was the best. He even got an appointment set for me the next morning with Service. They had everything done ( I requested an oil change and tire rotation, too ) in less than an hour. Great job all around!!

Fast and friendly service

Dropped off my Sonic for a quick oil change. Was told the wait would be two hours, got out in under an hour. Fast and friendly service and my car is back to driving smoothly.

Great experience!

Everyone at Shaheen was very helpful and made the process very easy. My car was repaired ahead of schedule. As was with process of buying my car, the collision center was amazing. I will be doing all of my future car business with Shaheen.

Positive experience

I gave this visit a 5-star because of the high level of communication I received from both the service writer, John F. and the tech, Devlon. Plus, it was much easier to schedule the appointment and they got me in very fast. For a woman dealing with cars and mechanical concerns, communication is key and they rocked it this time.

Great Experience Buying a New Car

I purchased a 2016 Chevy Traverse, and could not be happier. My salesman Hayden Wiegel was awesome and very knowledgeable on all the technological items on my new car. He also is very happy to answer my questions when I discover something else and tells me how glad he is to help me! My experience there with all the staff was incredible and the service dept. was very pleasant when I was introduced to them and told about my service items that will need to be maintained. I would recommend Shaheen's to anyone looking for a great new car experience!

Pretty happy

Great customer service as usual. I was told I am supposed to receive interior cleaning with my oil change and have not received it my last two visits. Other than that I am very satisfied

Outstanding Service and Work

I had to bring my 2015 Impala LTZ in because of an intermittent squeak coming from the instrument panel. The first time I brought it in, they thought they had located the problem, however, they did not correct it. When I called and spoke to Rick Scharf, I made an appointment to bring it back in. The car was brought in and I was given a loaner vehicle. The second time was the charm because Mr. Lockard found the squeak and fixed it. The professionalism shown by the staff is exemplary. Having worked in dealerships before, I know that intermittent noises are among the worst problems a mechanic can deal with. In this case, he did not give and did it right. Mr. Scharf kept me informed as to what was going on with my car. As an aside, a few weeks earlier, I asked Brad Mileken a question about the Auto-Stop on the car. It was merely a question asked about why it would sometimes stop running and other times stay running. Mr, Mileken came to me when I picked up my car and told me he found out the answer to my question and explained it to me. The fact that he went out of his way to find the answer proves the quality of the employees at Shaheen.
