YOU SHOULD COUPON MORE TO YOUR VALUED CUSTOMERS. I FREQUENT THE SERVICE DEPT. 3-5 TIMES A MONTH AND THERE IS NO DISCOUNT OR PUNCH CARD NOTHING FOR ME TO RETURN MULTIPLE TIMES. WHEN I HAVE SPENT OVER $500,000.00 IN NEW VEHICAL SALES AND SERVICE OF MY FLEET , I JUST WISH I WAS BETTER TAKEN CARE OF. IM NOT ASKING FOR ANYTHING FREE BUT I DO THINK I WILL BE SHOPPING AROUND FOR SERVICE INCENTIVES FROM OTHER DEALERS.

Crippen has always been accommodating to my family. I called in the morning and had an appointment for 1:00 that very day to get the oil changed in my car and my moms. I come here to get all my oil changes. Staff is alwasy friendly. Even if I have to wait 45 minutes - I don't mind. They have a nice lounge area

I needed my key fob replaced. It was covered by warranty. It was fast and convenient. Mark did a great job. Have always had a good experience at Crippen. This was the first time with Mark and he carried through with the professionalism I have grown accustom to.
