Went in to look at a used car I found online. Called and was immediately impressed with excellent communication...went over less than 30 minutes later and the car was clean and ready to test drive. My mechanic was happy, I loved the car, and went back ready to do the paperwork. I had lots of questions and they had lots of very precise answers. Shannan was phenomenal, hustling to arrange everything and yet making me feel welcome and confident!
