I found a Chevy Traverse on cars.com at Crippen Auto Dealership. Al Travis was our sales person and did a very nice job. He tried to represent the car fairly over the phone. Overall this was a satisfactory experience. The vehicle I purchased was used but very nice. Al explained all the features to me and even helped me sync my phone to the vehicle!

I had excellent service. I was looking on line for a vehicle with three specific things, and sent a message to Crippen. They called me right away and set me up to look at a dodge Journey. Todd was very nice and was very truthful. That is great to have in a sales man. I did not feel pressured in any way. This is the first time I looked at Crippen and I would recommend Crippen to everyone I know.
