Autolenders service center is absolutely horrific!! I bought my car in November of 2021 and it had a life time engine warranty through Autolenders. My engine light came on so I naturally booked an appt with the service center . When booking for the engine diagnosis I also booked an oil change in order to keep my warranty. The cost of the diagnosis on their website was 115 and a full synthetic oil change is 69.99. When called in the morning they told me that the oil change would be 80 and the check engine diagnosis would be 120, I said ok. 8 hours later they finally called to inform me that my cars engine needs a new thermostat and I asked if it would be cover since it’s advertised that the lifetime engine warranty “if ANYTHING goes wrong with the engine we will fix or replace it at no cost for you” the service department told me it’s not covered and when trying to understand why since the thermostat is part of the engine instead of explaining it, they told me that the whole car is an engine. I told them I would just pick up my car and bring it somewhere else and all the sudden the engine diagnosis fee went up to 140. False advertising at it finest , from the prices on the service centers website to the warranties they promise. Don’t buy into unnecessary oil changes every 4months or 4,000miles just have to to pay thousands out of pocket when it comes down to them following through on their warranties.

There really isn’t a better way to buy a car if you’re looking for no haggle great prices that you can trust with really great service than Autolenders is the way to go I bought six cars from them over the years and I wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else it’s the best experience! go see it for yourself!

Me and my wife came from Staten Island to buy a suv. We were told from other people who dealt with auto lenders, what a nice and laid back atmosphere it is. We’ll they were right it was definitely worth the hour drive. Russ was our salesman, and he made the experience totally comfortable.
