Sales and Financing process was smooth. The back-end Title and registration process needs massive work. I bought a car on 11/18/2022. The title has still not been transferred nor the Registration completed, it is over a month since the car has been purchased, the temp tags are no longer valid, and I am due to PCS to a different state in 2 weeks. I can only hope this is done before I leave the area.

Salesman Mark N and Sales Manager Mike delivered on their promises. Mark stayed in contact to update me on arrival status of the vehicle from another location so that I could test drive the car. Negotiations were professional and expedient. None of the car dealer back and forth stuff. There were a couple of minor issues that needed to be taken care of before delivery and they were completed as promised. Great experience
