I have been buying new cars since 1983 and this has been by far the best buying experience . Everyone in that i spoke with starting with Greg from corporate headquarters who helped me with getting a 2021 Ram 1500 from Pennsylvania to the Toms River Branch just so i can check the vehicle out without any commitment in buying- from there i meet Eric Buser sales manager of Toms River Auto Lender who was very patient with the multitudes of questions i had answering them all with the utmost of professionalism and knowledge of the technical features of the vehicle- I received more then i expected for my trade in vehicle and purchase my low mileage Ram Pickup which looked liked it just rolled out of the factory-but it didn’t end there - while driving home with vehicle it was raining and it was the first time i tried the windshield wipers and i noticed drivers side wiper was leaving a small area that was untouched-called Eric the next morning and he told me to bring it to service and they put a new set of wiper blades on which is also part of Auto Lenders commitment to standing behind there vehicles with a 6-months or 3,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty- service department was also customer friendly and they also provided me a complete list of all maintenance that was done to the vehicle since there acquisition of it - I will highly recommend Auto Lenders to all my family and friends . In conclusion i will never-ever go to a new car dealer for my future vehicle purchases the only choice for me is Auto Lenders !!!

My experience at Auto Lenders Toms River was and has been excellent! From the moment I reserved the 2 cars that I wanted to see (that were at 2 other AL locations) I felt completely accommodated. When I decided on the car that I wanted I had questions and concerns. My sales person Florec was sure to find the answers. Jim (I think that is his name) actually took a road test with me to address my concern. Russ went above and beyond to address and resolve any issues that arose and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I will continue to use their service department as George was patient, accommodating and and took the time to explain things about the car that I was not familiar with. I am still awaiting some promised tweaks but as of now I am extremely happy. I will update if anything changes. I am a cynical New Yorker and I come from a car family. I can not say enough good things about my Auto Lenders of Toms River experience!
