went to the Lakewood showroom and decided to purchase a 2018 Subaru. Worked with salesman OWEN. After arranging to buy the car we set an appointment for 10/17/23 at 5 pm. went to bank 10/16 and got a bank check and arranged to meet Owen next day at 5pm. 1pm got a phone call that they had sold the car to someone else. When i confronted the sales manager he said "We dont hold cars for anyone. Thats our policy." WOW. I left a message for the regional manager BRIAN LANDOLFI . have yet to hear back. I have never heard or seen anything like this. I have bought 20 cars in my life and never had this wild west attitude. If anyone has a similar experience I suggest they contact the President BRAD WIMMER . NEVER ENGAGE in dealer willing to do that to a customer.

Rip off
Bought a $50,000 car there brought it in for service for tires and got charged random shop fees managers were no help and not understanding will not be shopping here for a car again

Sales rep.
Sales rep. was cordial and helpful. Vehicle had multiple plainly visible misaligned body panels, even though CarFax stated, "no accidents or damage reported". Transmission had very rough upshifts and downshifts. Inside the cabin, road noise coming from the rear of the vehicle was objectionable as if noisy tires or defective wheel bearings. On their website dealership claims multipoint inspections of their vehicles. Besides the aforementioned, everything else seemed fine.

I had a great experience! I found a vehicle I was interested in that was located at a further location and Jay was able to get it transported to the location closest to me within hours. The staff was so knowledgeable, friendly and did not pressure me into a sale. My salesman was Anthony with the assistance of Mike, the manager. Jesse made financing and closing on the vehicle seamless and quick. They all genuinely care and will try to get you the best deal they can. I am loving my new car!! Thank you guys!
