A BUYING EXPERIENCE ABOVE AND BEYOND, FIVE STARS.

Ok, first off, I bought my dream car from H&R Auto and Oscar was my salesman. I literally flew from Washington state to Virginia to buy this car and drive it back home over 3k miles. I read all the reviews before engaging in this endeavor, the good reviews and the bad. Heres the thing when buying a used care, from ANYONE, you have to do your due diligence. This means you get the car inspected by an independent mechanic, you look at the Carfax in great detail, you see if it passed the Virginia state inspections and you test drive the car for as long as you need to feel comfortable. If you don't do these things you open yourself up to all types of issues that may arise. That being said, I did my due diligence. Oscar was absolutely AMAZING. He worked with me while I was on the other side of the country. He helped with absolutely everything, he understands customer service and he let me inspect the car as much as I wanted. Unbelievably he even took the car for me to a mechanic that I chose for an independent inspection, and then picked it up. That is INCREDIBLE service. Once I was satisfied that the car was in excellent condition I bought a one way ticket and flew to Virginia. Oscar had a driver waiting for me at the airport to take me to the dealership. This was the greatest experience I have ever had buying a car and risked so much flying down there. Oscar handled everything and went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. I don't know what happened with other people but I had the most amazing experience finding and buying my car from H&R Auto. The car I purchased was absolutely perfect and I drove it home over 3k miles without any problems whatsoever. I cannot say enough about my extremely positive experience with Oscar and H&R. Remember, do your due diligence and go get your dream car from H&R.

bad car sell men

i called to ask for a seller concerning a car that i saw on line and the guy that answer the phone , before i can tell him the year of the car ,he says its sold ,,, so i goes back on line and could see that the car was still up for grabs ...so i will need to speak to the owner, people are crazy.

Great service!

I got a Acura ILX hybrid 2013 from H & R auto and I can’t imagine going elsewhere for a used vehicle. They have the best prices and Yasser really took care of me. He explained everything in full detail and made it super easy.

CARS AREA APIECE OF JUNK!!!!!!!

I purchased my 2008 Lexus RX (cashiers check for over $9000) on 3/9 and on 3/10, I had to replace the timing belt, 1 tire went flat and each week, and almost each week, I am paying for repairs!! D NOT BELIEVE THEM AOUT THE AUTO MACHANICS DISCOUNT FROM THE REPAIR SHOP THA THEY DEAL WITH!!!!!!!!!!!! STRAIGHT CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Tina, Timing belt is not part of you warranty or they would have covered it. When you bought the car we told you we do not know if the timing belt is change. Washington DC roads are really bad and we both know that. I am in DC all the time myself. Move of out of DC and would not have flat tires any more. Thank you for you time and review, Oscar

This is the worst place EVER to buy use car

DONT BUY ..THEY WIll SALE ANYTHING. THEY ACT FRINDLY, THEIR ONLY AFTER 1 THING. UR MONEY. I TRADED A PERFECT CAR FOR A PIECE OF xxxx. THE OWNER KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE SOLD ME.

Great buying experiece

Rod, Ron and Carlos are very polite and low pressure salesmen. They are honest and upfront. No much negotiating, to the point and no hidden fees. They even offer a warranty and I will definitively buy another used car from them.

2006 Volvo xc90

I purchase a 2006 xc90 Volvo but they fail to let me no that the lower inter tie rod was bad an i drove 42 miles to get home an the windshield leaks when it rain poor unfair treatment selling a unsafe truck

Dear Twann, If tie rod is bad it will not pass inspection and when you drive the car it make noise and you would have not bought it from us. We washed the XC90 while we were doing paper work. If it had any leaks the car would have been full of water??????? Please close your sun roof from now now when it rains. We would have like a 5 star and a thank you for a great deal you got which you drove for 1:30 hours to get. Thank you

Very unprofessional
