I made contact with sales person Yasser, and had

I made contact with sales person Yasser, and had interaction with Oscar in his absence. The 2013 Ford Explorer was represented properly, bought site unseen, by looking at pictures and Facetime call. Vehicle came Va inspected, was super clean upon delivery, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend the dealership as they seem like nice guys, reputable and delivered what they promised.

Go to a Real Dealership, not a small used car shop

I’m writing this review to help others from making the same mistake as I did. I’ve been buying used cars from various dealerships in VA and MD for over 25 years; the key word here is “dealerships” not a small used car shop. I spoke with several of the employees and the owner and I thought they were an honorable bunch; I was WRONG. I purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento from H & R Auto at the end of May 2023 and 35 days later, with only an additional 610 miles on the car, the car throws an engine rod and stranded me in Bentleyville, PA. I called H&R multiple times with only one returned call. It was self-evident that they were not interested in helping me or providing compensation for the purchase. When the sales contract says ‘No Warranty’ they mean it! In addition to ‘No Warranty’, they’re also not concerned with customer service. Although KIA helped rebuild the engine, what would have happened had KIA not assisted in this expensive repair? Don’t be lured in to a used car shop that offers good prices but don’t have professional car mechanics on hand to check the car and do not give some kind of basic warranty. They were less than responsive!

Happy Customer

We drove over 2 hours for A Mazda CX 5. Car was exactly as they said it was. The owner was super and helpful and fulfilled all his promises to us about the car. Car was found to have a strut problem later. Called them and they shipped us 2 new struts to be installed by a local mechanic. The salesmen explained everything and also was helpful. I would buy again and drive over 2 hours one way again.

Best Buying Experience

If you are looking for a great buying experience H&R Auto is the dealership you want to buy from. The service is excellent and the prices are the lowest in Northern VA. I would highly recommend H&R Auto if you are in the market if buying used vehicles.

low fee

lowest fee in VA. I have been looking for a $6000 car everywhere I go $1000 fee if not more. H&R only $395 and they give 3 months warranty too.

BEST DEALS IN TOWN!!

I have bought many cars in my life and h&r auto has been nothing but the best to me! Great customer service, great prices, lowest fees and just genuine people to work with. I just felt happy walking out with my purchase and not many places can provide that at a used car lot
