Sold me a lemon. Called a me stupid. I want a lawyer. dealer- called someone over to my house to threaten me. I am scared for my life because the company knows where I live.

Mr Smith we check we do not have you in our system. And you can not sell lemon law buy back in VA as a dealer that is the law. I am sorry we can not help you since we don't know you. Thanks

VIDA reports this car has no hydraulic pressure in the Haldex Unit -- $3500 repair -- at least. This car is only 2-wheel drive with this problem. Caveat Emptor

We have no Idea what this is. This Volvo is AWD not 2 wheel drive and we have the carfax posted online that tells you its AWD. I think you have wrong dealer..... please call us if you like if you are rear person so we can help 7032434467. thanks
Deceptive car dealer
I brought a car FEB 2019 and the car inspection was rejected 28Jun19. I have over 3k worth of issue. In May, I was only offer to have them fix it at a lower cost and leaks was normal. I'm Filing a complain with Attorney General of the Regional Consumer Protection Offices

If you buy A car from us in Feb 2019 your inspection will run out in Feb 2020. Please call attorney general's office twice you have a case. thank you
Watch out for the warning lights on the dash.
I purchased a car from H & R March 23, 2019, so 30 days ago. My sell person was Oscar. As I was driving home the passenger seatbelt light came on but no one was in the seat. I connected the seatbelt and continued home. The 23rd was a Saturday, on Monday I took the car to my mechanic to get MD inspection and to look it over. The mechanic called me to say the car had several codes but they were cleared and never repaired. I contacted H & R to see if they would correct this issue. I had owned the car for less than 3 days at the time. I have never received a reply from anyone. The warranty they provide was useless. I think it is very low down underhanded to clear codes without making repairs. Run from these guys they don't care about you. If you get a good car from them it is pure luck. All they had to do is be honest.

I just purchased my BMW X5 from H&R autos. It was a great experience dealing with Sammy. Sammy was professional, accessible, and funny. He made the entire experience stress free. Throughout the process I felt that he was honest and attentive to any of my concerns and /or questions. The vehicle was well maintained and clean. H & R's prices are fair and actually surprisingly much more reasonably priced than one would expect for the type of cars they sell.
