Driver's Way

Over the course of three visits, we received plenty of attention without being overbearing. We worked with Ryan on our first visit. On our second visit, Allen helped us in Ryan's absence and was very helpful in finding a vehicle that matched our needs and price range. Eric also helped us with warranty information. Overall, a great experience. While we may have been able to get a better price on a similar vehicle elsewhere, I feel pretty safe in saying that the service, warranty options, and peace of mind that came with working with these guys made it worth it.

The no-haggle pricing may offer little chance of getting the best deal on the planet, however, there is a 100% chance that you are getting a fair deal on a car that has been tested thoroughly. Since the salespeople are not commissioned based on how much they make off of you, you are ensured that they will put you in the car best suited for you... not the one they want you to buy. Joe Coogan is a super-friendly, attentive salesman and I would highly recommend him to anyone. The 30-day trade-in option for used cars is also an awesome way to make sure that customers are satisfied. Driver's Way has won my business as long as I stay in the area... and I'll deal with Joe on every occasion.

My wife and I visited Drivers Way a few weeks ago looking for a Camry. We were met at the door by Chris. I am certain that the purchase of the Camry we decided on was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Chris was very patient and eager to help with any and all questions we had. I honestly do not know of anything that could have made this experience any more pleasant. I definitely plan on using Drivers Way again and hopefully Chris will be the associate I deal with.

We have just purchased our third vehicle with Driver's Way (Highway 280 location). We have always been treated fairly and have grown to trust the word of the salesman and the manager at this location. Joe has assisted us with two cars and we could not have been happier with his assistance. I am a buyer who wants to look and not be bothered. I dont want anyone standing over me or asking me questions to "help" me decide what I want. I have always had the freedom to browse, unbothered at Driver's Way. When I have had questions, they have been answered, with no sales pitch thrown in. We have worked with Brian on several trades and felt we got top dollar for our vehicle. He is patient to explain where his number comes from and is eager to get questions. Our family should be set for quite a while for vehicles. But when we are ready to buy again, we will definitely go to Driver's Way on 280 FIRST!
