Bruno Riechert Rocks at Pelham, AL Driver's Way

My husband and I had a very pleasant and professional experience with Drivers Way in Pelham, AL. Our Sales Representative, Bruno Riechert was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had been looking for a car for a couple of weeks and the high pressure at "regular" dealerships was very disheartening. We also tried internet shopping through the dealerships. All we got back from them was form letters and that was a total waste of our time. Bruno was such a breath of fresh air and dealing with Drivers Way was a great experience! I would definitely recommend Bruno to my friends and family. In fact, a friend came with me to pick up my car and I told her she should deal with Bruno at Drivers Way when she gets ready to purchase a car. Thanks to Bruno and Drivers Way for a great job! We love our new Ford Taurus!

Everyone at Driver's Way was exceptionally friendly,...

Everyone at Driver's Way was exceptionally friendly, Especially Kirk. I would rate my trade-in and buying experience 5 out of 5 stars. Kirk went out of his way to answer my questions and help me make my decision. He even met me halfway between Nashville and Bham to exchange cars! I will definitely be returning when it is time to trade this car in.

Rhonda to the rescue

My wife's car suddenly died and we were in need for a replacement. Your website showed a possibility so made a quick trip to the Pelham location. Rhonda Blackwell greeted us and showed us the vehicle even though it had just been brought onto the lot and had not undergone any "loving care". Took a quick test drive and decided this was the answer to our need. We worked through all the transaction items with the understanding car would be available after thorough checks made. Several days later Rhonda called with "all clear" and we picked up our Civic...... way to go Rhonda!

WAS LOOKING ON INTERNET FOR MY DAUGHTER ANOTHER CAR AFTER HER'S WAS A TOTAL LOSS AFTER A COLLISION. FOUND THE CAR LISTED AND MADE A PHONE CALL TO BRUNO RIECHERT WHOM WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE MADE SURE CAR HAD ALL OPTIONS LISTED ON INTERNET AND ALSO CALLED ON THE PHONE WHILE WALKING AROUND THE CAR LETTING ME KNOW OF ANY BLEMISH'S HE SAW. GAVE HIM A DOWN PAYMENT DEPOSIT AND DROVE THERE ON CHRISTMAS EVE. UPON ARRIVING SEEN THE CAR JUST AS BRUNO HAD DESCRIBED,TEST DROVE AND THEN BRUNO HELPED WITH ALL QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CAR,WARRANTY,CAR FAX REPORT AND PAPER WORK! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND LOVED HOW CLEAN DRIVER'S WAY WAS AND HOW EASY THEY MADE IT FOR US TO PURCHASE A CAR. THEY EVEN HELPED ON GAS FOR TRAVELING OVER 150 MILES.

EASY WAY TO BUY

Was seaching the internet for a car after my daughter's car was involved in a collision and was a total loss. Found Drivers Way website and found the car my daughter had beed looking everywhere for. Contacted Bruno Riechert and he was a great help in answering all my questions from the kind of shape the car we were looking to purchase was in,the equipment the car had,the remainder of the warranty,additional warranties available. Have already told many people about the great cars and experience I had with Drivers Way! PS; I am over 150 miles a way but is well worth the drive.

Eugene Zinger

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience while purchasing our used Mazda 5 at the Driver's Way in Pelham, Alabama. Love Driver's Way!

I had the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. From the time it took to walk out the door with the keys to the no hassle program Bruno Riechert at the Pelham location was the great. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle I purchased. He made me feel very comfortable. Ask for Bruno, he will treat you right!

Never expected purchasing a car to be so awesome.

Joe Coogan at Driver's Way 280 made the car buying experience an absolute pleasure. He was effecient, went the extra mile and even helped me after the sale of my car. As I waited in line at the tag office, I had a question about paperwork, so I called him. He had the snwers I needed and saved me so much time. Would absolutely buy a car from Joe at Driver's Way 280 again!
