We highly recommend Shayne Griffin at Art Moehn

This is the second lease We have gotten at Art Moehn and Shayne Griffin has been our salesman both times. Shayne is an excellent salesman- he works hard for the customer to get the best deal possible and finds exactly what you're looking for with a smile. He definitely goes the extra mile- very professional and kind. Honestly the best salesman We've ever had the pleasure of wheeling and dealing with. New car day

Nick Johnson made trading in my 2005 Malibu for a brand new 2017 Malibu a pleasant experience. Even giving me a tour of the Art Moehn facility and showing me all the new features my car has. Great job Nick.

Service work

Recently took my car in to the service department at Art Moehn. Engine light had come on and engine power was reduced. They gave me a ride home in their courtesy car, and called back in three hours telling me they had to replace a fuel pump, which was under warranty. They picked me up and brought me back to the dealership and sent me on my happy way with a fixed vehicle. Very pleased with the whole experience!

Jerry, my salesman, was a pleasure to deal with.

Jerry, my salesman, was a pleasure to deal with. Despite hiss father dying he was there to take care of me when I had no vehicle to drive. He was excellent in helping me to select the vehicle that I couldn't be happier with. His fellow salesman, Dean Heath, stepped in when he had to be gone for his family. I personally work in a sales environment in a family business and the level of cooperation that existed at Art Moehn is something that we strive for within our business that has been family owned since 1946. Kudo's to Jerry Cox, Dean Heath and the entire staff I dealt with during a trying time. If every dealership operated the way Art Moehn''s did, there would be very few people buying anything other than a GM product. The way Art Moehn is run should be a model for every GM dealership no matter where they are located. I would also like to acknowledge the sincerity and help that Gerry Wheeler, who works in the body shop at Art Moehn's, gave me in what ultimately led me to buy a Chevy from Art Moehn's. Without the assistance of these individuals I may not have purchased a Chevy. GM makes a great product, but its people like whom I've mentioned, that will keep me loyal to GM and Art Moehn. I sincerely hope these individuals are rewarded for their outstanding performance in making GM and Art Moehn a dealership that other dealership's should strive to duplicate.

This Dealership has disappointed me a few times,

The first time I was here was for a flat tire which was about 6 weeks after buying this vehicle. Can you believe they charged me to fix a flat tire? Well two months later I take my vehicle here for a Oil Change to give them another chance. Well they said they check the air in my tires but three of the tires had 34 PSI and the fourth one had 32 PSI. My rear wiper blade was bad and I needed a new one but in the check list they check that they check it but there's no way they did because it streaks everytime you use it and leaves lines. I'm personally very disappointed in this dealership. Last time I called and wrote a letter which customer service said that they'll have a manager call me back the next day but he must of forget or else he just doesn't value there customers. Next time I'll drive further way to get better service.

Great Dealership

From beginning to end, Tyser made the car buying experience one I'd recommend to anyone. I truly appreciated his willingness to help with every part of the process.
