Service Department - work not being done at all

Scheduled an oil change for this past Saturday. After I got the car home, first I noticed the oil change message still being displayed. If this was the end of it, no big deal. I can reset it. However, after I popped the hood, checked the oil and looked the engine over, I am convinced that the oil was never changed in the first place. No indication any oil was recently added. There was an old oil spot with dust on it from the previous change and the oil reeked of gasoline. Filter was dirty when I removed it. When I call the service department back, their first reaction is to say that only the info message had not been reset and to come back in. How do they know if they haven't seen the car? I had a similar experience on my last visit to have the header tacked back up after it fell down. This on a 1 y/o vehicle. A/M called and said the car was ready and when I get into it, the header is still down. It took another visit as well to get this particular issue resolved since I didn't have the time to leave it again that day. Used to have great service but apparently not any more. Be very careful if you have your car serviced here and make sure the work has been done.

Great service, great cars

Drove away in the car of my dreams the same day. The business manager, Greg Cook was great and did an excellent job to make sure i was happy with my purchase. He even stayed late to help make sure i knew the car before I left the lot. Great dedications!!

Timely Service

Convenient, one day service for vehicle repairs. With small children, time is of the essence. The early morning service hours are ideal for our family and the staff were great.

Great service

Tyser was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and not pushy what so ever. We went to many dealerships and came back to Art Moehn because of Tyser. I would definitely recommend him personally to family and friends when attempting to purchase a vehicle.
