Great place to do business with.

Excellent Experience

My experience with Art Moehn was excellent and very professional. I felt very comfortable doing business with them, everyone was very polite & kind and made us feel rt at home. My salesman was excellent and did everything he could to make it a great experience and did the best job he could do for us. I really liked the fact that when we left that both parties were happy and felt great and that was a great feeling. Thank you for everything and helping us get the car I've always wanted. :)

New car purchase

Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. I definitely will be back in the future, and would highly recommend the dealership and our salesman, Dean Heath, to all my friends and relatives.

Tyser Mustafa was Awesome!! He found everything I wanted, even though I changed my mind, on the year and color. He was easy to talk to and explained everything about the car and even showed me everything on the car before I left. He even helped me with my phone apps. Would definetly recommend him to family and friends. Great worker!!

Horrible Experience

If I could give less then 1 star I would. I cannot start to say how horrible of an experience I had with Art Moehns body shop. Not only was the quality of the repairs done to my car terrible but the customer service was the worst I have received from anywhere ever. I was lied to on many occasions and treated extremely poorly. The shop had my car for almost 3 weeks and returned it to me with new scratches and chips in areas that should not have even been touched. The front end noises caused from the accident were not taken care of and the paint still has an orange peel texture to it. After being told by the body shop manager Garrett Joles that "he is sorry, the shop truly did mess the car up badly" I was told " they did the best they could". If you are considering using Art Meohn for any repairs, run far far away. You will be extremely disappointed with the results. Your car will certainly look better before they touch it.

Lori Seamans you rock!!

Lori Seamans was wonderful. Saw us standing there when others ignored us & got us right in. She assisted me with a warranty question as well. Wonderful & polite! Wish the others at the counter were as spot on as she is. When a customer walks in a place, it is rude to keep your heads down & not say a word & worse yet is to look up & see the customer & not say a word & carry on putting your head back down.
