My experience with my salesman, Jamie Nastally, was top notch in purchasing my Equinox after my Impala was totalled. Came in on a Thursday and picked up my new vehicle on Saturday. Mary took care of the finance and was able to match my credit unions rate. Overall, a great experience!

Was told oil change would take 35 minutes. They had me out in 15 to 20 minutes which was great because I had othe scheduled appointments

Oil change
The guys were very friendly, and in thinking I would spend an hour or two on a Saturday turned out to be less than 45 minutes. I have Saturday oil changes at other dealerships and it has been no less than 3 hours, ever. Thank you Art Moehn, Heidi Craddock

Excellent. They checked it when it was brought in and let us know within 30 minutes what was wrong with it and received it back and repaired within 24 hours.

I was greeted promptly - asked if I was waiting , asked if I knew where waiting area was. Wait was short I paid and I was on my way quickly. Took about a half hour.

A very pleasant experience!
Todd Waldron should be commended for his patience and enthusiasm when it comes to listening to the customer and finding the perfect vehicle for them. He steered me toward the right vehicle and the right price, and it ended up being a better deal than the truck I thought I wanted when I walked in.
