Oil change

Lori handled our appointment, and as usual did an excellent job. She always goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. As we've said before, she really deserves a raise.

Fantastic Service

From the moment I inquired if my car still had a warranty all the way to when I picked it up, everyone was helpful, professional and speedy service. We didn't have to try and manage with only one car, they let us use a new one off the lot. I told my husband I wanted to swap cars after that because I loved the Malibu I drove. We will be coming back :-)

Purchase of New Vehicle: Chevy Cruize

The Chevy Honda representative, Brandon Murrell is an excellent customer service rep and employee. He went above and beyond to meet me around my work schedule, find the car and details I wanted, and get to me to the price I could afford for my budget. I would hope that he is commended, with a raise, for his outstanding work.

Excellent service

Service engine light when returning from a vacation. They made sure my wife had a ride home to bring another vehicle to transfer our luggage

Great experience with trustworthy people

Salesman (Charlie) was very congenial, very knowledgeable, very helpful. He as very open about things, giving a feel of integrity and honesty that is often not found in car salesmen. He handled the details of the lease very capably and worked with me on a few special requests I had. I was very impressed.

Great service and timely.

Great service and timely. Except my oil leaked off something under the engine and dripped in my garage. Must be from the filter being changed.

Great buying experience

We worked with Nick Johnson. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our truck order. He even found and worked out a dealer trade when the ordered truck fell well behind the expected ship date. This is the kind of service from a salesmen that can make or break a sale. Nick stepped up even after being out of the office for knee surgery. I am very happy with job Nick has done for us and would purchase from him again.

Chevy Volt Purchase

Mark was an excellent salesman. My previous experience I have always spent hours at the dealership trying to purchase a car. Mark was able to get me the car I wanted and the financing with very little effort. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want which I am very appreciative off. Within 45 minutes we agreed and then within 3 plus hours after I left I was approved. So the whole process was very easy and I will definitely go back to him when I buy another volt.

Great Dealership to work with

Great dealership! Was in the market for a new Corvette, but just could not work with big town dealerships. Brian Chaffin, the salesman, was excellent in his approach working with us on the deal. At delivery, Brian Chaffin, took the time to review everything. I could not be happier with the experience. Thanks Brian, for making a dream come true for me and my wife.
