Very Good Dealership
Overall, just an excellent dealership. Everything is up to date and they employ skilled and trained people in every department that I have had a chance to encounter. My 1 year service on my Cruze was performed quickly and well. I don't think that I could ask for more from a dealership than Art Moen provides.

Routine Service Appointment
Not much to tell, really. Routine service this time, with oil change, tire rotation, etc....plus a check on one of the Recall notices that I had received a couple of months ago. Nothing special, but the service appointment went smoothly and quickly; and I always enjoy hanging out in the Customer Lounge. Another pleasant Art Moehn service experience!

On demand oil change
Had to wait an hour and a half for oil change with a total bill near 80 bucks! kind of steep!

Repair complete ahead of schedule.

It is a pleasure to walk in the door at Art Moehn. The sales staff did a great job of getting the car we wanted and explained everything about it.
