We had been car searching for about a month, and when we came to Acura, we were very impressed at how helpful they were. Jay Kraus was so easy to work with, and once we made our final decision, he took the time to explain all the details of the car and how to use it all. Nothing but great things to say about Jay!!

Working with Jay Kraus on purchasing a new vehicle was surprisingly very good. Surprisingly, because I dread interacting with car dealers and usually insist my husband handle this deed. Jay is extremely knowledgeable about Acuras and quick to go above and beyond. Of course he is friendly and well spoken, but most importantly, he seems very genuine.

Last year we bought a new RDX ASPEC ADVANCE at Acura of Omaha and we were so satisfied with the vehicle and particularly the Salesman Jay Kraus who did such a great job of explaining everything and kept in touch with us through the following year, that when we decided we would like an MDX we naturally notified Jay. He went through all details and explained everything that we needed to know about the MDX so once again Jay really came through and made purchasing the MDX go as smooth as possible.

We recently purchased a RDX, dealing with Jay Kraus on it. He was very easy to deal with and answered all of our questions as the process moved forward. Very friendly and knowledgeable. In the end he took the time to explain all the features and afterwords explained them again when I called him for a refresher on some of them. Ha. As a matter of fact everyone we had contact with was friendly towards us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone based on our experience.

Excellent dealership run so professionally: Jay Krause performed well above my expectations and sets an example for customer relationship in any industry for sales; finance was so prepared and smooth and PERSONABLE (thanks Mary); Management has their operation in great shape -- I look forward to dealing with them for service and future sales (Larry). My observations over two-three afternoons in the shop is -- I'm just one example as they handled everyone and their employees with the finest principles of leadership and management and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
