Oil change at berger 14’silverado=$110 Oil change at first chevy dealership i called besides berger 14’ silverado = $65 thats a huge discrepency, I wont be taking my truck here for service anymore.

Most expensive quick oil change ever

I have been bringing my truck here for almost all services since i bought it. The oil change cost is higher every time i go, we are at $110 today for a quick oil change only ( no air filters, tire rotation or other service) . While i was waiting, I called another dealership and there price is $65 for my truck. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere for my servixe moving forward and I would be highly skecptical of purchasing from them if they mark up this much.

TERRIBLE SERVICE CENTER

TERRIBLE! Berger recommended that we flush our transmission on our 2013 traverse, took my traverse home and a wk later it began to shake when I accelerate. We called asked them to check it out, they wanted to charge us $270 to check it. I stated you can see I was just there and you serviced my transmission per your recommendation and now something is wrong the least they should do is check it for free. THEY REFUSED. Finally got to speak to a manager who agreed he would check it for free. Called us back to tell us that the torque converter is shot and I might need a new transmission $6600 is the quote. I said well I am going to shop around for a better quote because I can't pay that much and they are now trying to charge us $270 to pick up my traverse stating that the torque converter going out has nothing to do with the flush. THEIR RECOMMENDATION COST ME MY ENTIRE VEHICLE!!!! I need a new car for my family and they are still charging me!! WILL NEVER RETURN!!

Our experience working with Brian Isch was wonderful.

Our experience working with Brian Isch was wonderful. Brian was very pleasant and efficient. His knowledge of the working of our brand new Chevrolet Bolt was exceptional even though it was a new model this year. Brian was patient and accommodating, never using hard-sell tactics. The quality of the Bolt makes it sell itself! This was our first experience at Berger Chevrolet, and we were very pleased with the whole process.

Oh man it's no words to say on how much Brian and his team helped me and my family out on a car long days they did beyond their work best place to go to by far Brian is the best hands down thank u guys me and my family are beyond blessed thank the whole berger team for doing all you guys did and finding is the perfect car Brian ur the man!

The cars are junk.

The seller wouldn't let me test drive a second car to weigh my options. It was basically take it or leave it. Sunroof didn't work, I brought in to get fixed. Than, it stopped working again and my instrument cluster broke. I also had a transmission leak all within three weeks of purchasing. I haven't had this car in three months but I'm still paying over 400 dollars a month. I was told on a Friday by the seller Beth, I could get another car, similar. Monday, she told me nope your in a contract. Well, I don't think these cars are inspected all the way. If something they see is wrong with it and they can't fix it (which I had to take car to Ford) than they will cover or patch until you sign! No help besides the rental they let me use after not being told the first time and having to miss work.

BEST SALESMAN EVER!

Eugenio Sellaro will always be our salesman! We?ve dealt with him since 2001! If you need a new or used car, go to Berger Chevrolet and ask for Eugene!

My worst experience with a car dealership.

I took my car in because it cut off but everything worked it just wouldn’t start so I take it in and they charged me $865 to repair what they say was it wasn’t responding to the ecm so it starts but it shuts off when I’m at a stop light my air conditioner and heat doesn’t work the light panel on my gear shifter doesn’t work and the guy Al who I’m dealing with says I have to pay more money to have my car restored to the way it was when I brought it in. I pay $865 and now I have to pay to get my car back to where everything works. I feel this company scams people and it should be investigated. My car is a Chevy equinox which Chevy made so how does the car come back worst than when it when in for repairs.
