Exceptional service department.

Exceptional service department. Joe, Corine, Brian are customer focused and very professional. No issues scheduling an appointment, provided a loaner.

My 1st inquiry was by filling out a form that I was interested in the Lexus and received a message that Julie would be following up. The next day I called 5 times and left message for Julie to call me. The following day, I received a message from Julie that it was sold. I intended to put a deposit down. I live in Kalamazoo and traveled to GR and the Lexus was in the lot but they were closed. I have bought a Lexus from this dealership and the first salesman was rude. I hade an RX to trade in and he told me that there was a bad wheel bearing, got it fixed and came back. The RX only 80k on it. They brought out another salesman for me and he was respectful and I ended up buying off the lot and paid cash. Then I was left sitting on the new car side for at least 1 1/2 hours. Not sure where everyone went? But this salesman’s wife had recently been diagnosed with colon cancer and I thought maybe he had a call that kept him away. Anyway, I got the impression that Harvey Lexus is NOT a dealership for a woman to buy a car. I’ve bought 2 more Lexus’s since and the dealerships were very accommodating. LINDA COMER.

I Had an excellent experience, start to finish.

I Had an excellent experience, start to finish. This was my first time there for service, and Brad took great care of me. I also met Ricky from sales, who was very friendly and helped me pass the time by just talking about fast cars. Then I decided to buy some all weather mats for my car from the parts department. The gentleman who helped me (I wish I could remember his name) went out of his way to get me an online savings offer, and then took the mats to the service tech to have them installed for me. They all made a great first impression!
