Best service I’ve ever received

I came in for a car and left happily with a brand new car. Reza Sawes was just an amazing sales person and helped me with all my car needs. Best ford dealer in the whole Bay Area

Miserable service

My steering gears has to replaced, it took about a month to receive and no appointments scheduled to replace it. The problem with air conditioners was not resolved. Even after multiple remainders to schedule appointments to check AC, GPS/maps and transmission issues in uphills nobody responded. My experience was frustrating and miserable, I don't recommend Fremont Ford to anyone. Service Visit- Day After Thanksgiving

Even though service was busy, Robert still got me in and out in 24 hours! (Usually at Brokaw they take up to 1 week forsameservice!)

Absolute disappointing and stressful experience.

I am speaking for my own experience, I know not everyone's experience will be the same but I am simply stating my own disappointing experience and absolute stress that Fremont Ford has put me through. Keep in mind that I work at a service department for a different car line so I generally know how the system works. My experience with the service department at Fremont Ford was rather disappointing and quite depressing. My car was in with Ford for about a month and a half. In this month and a half I was faced with poor communicative skills and tons of overpromising from my service advisor. I always had to make the initiative to contact my service advisor for updates on my car, something that should never have to happen. Service advisors should always be the first to communicate with the customer and keep providing updates frequently. On top of this, I was put through overpromising from my service advisor of when the parts would come in and when my car would be finished. It was extremely disappointing to find out that my car did not start getting worked on until the fourth week of my vehicle being with Fremont Ford. Considering my car being with Fremont Ford for a MONTH AND A HALF, you would think they would have the decency to offer a loaner vehicle. Nope. I asked and was denied. They were lucky that I am lenient and had a spare car at home, however not all customers will be in the same position. Upon finally getting my car back, I have found that there were discrete scratches on my vehicle from the detailing department. It was quite obvious that my car was rushed through detailing and scratched from the clay bar detail. It is very unfair to me because I did not even request for my car to be washed/detailed. I also told my service advisor about this, and once again I was denied and he refused to do anything about it. Lastly because of all of this I had hoped for them to accommodate and cover the last service that I needed to be done free of charge but once again I was denied. Through all of this, I tried to contact the Service Manager and even left voicemails but have still not received a call back. Therefore I have lost all hope with this dealership and have come to conclusion that Fremont Ford lacks the work ethic and moral decency to keep customers satisfied and pleased with their experience. Fremont Ford simply does not care for their customer.

Took my truck in for a service

The service advisors are always friendly and answer all your questions-bought the truck at Fremont Ford and have had it serviced there since i purchased it-has over 107,000 miles and still running strong-probably the best dealer i’ve ever dealt with

Excellent Customer Service

Reza was amazing, he went above and beyond to help me get my first car. Excellent customer service and very friendly! from the moment we met with him until we left. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends, Reza is the best!

great dealership and great service department

We have bought one vehicle from this dealership and we have both of our Fords serviced here. The service department is second to none. They diagnose and repair things correctly the first time. True professionals. I've always had a good experience here. Been coming here for 3 years.
