The Ford staff are very professional and the service provided is really good. I am very thankful for the fact that even with my busy schedule at work, I have constant reminders on my email from them about my due date service and how important it is to get my car serviced at the right time. Had a great experience at Fremont Ford when I brought my Explorer for service. I did not know I was scheduled as a drop off and had to wait longer for my car so went to the mall and when I picked it up I was told the Oil Change would be taken care of since I had to wait longer for my car. That was amazing! And they even washed my car :)

Quick attention to service, technician met me as I drove into the dealership. Took care of paperwork and gave me a discount. I needed to get back home, but they no longer have the shuttle service. No problem they called an Uber which they cover as long as your home is within 10 miles. Pretty smooth operation being run at this spot, give it a shot.

I had a great experience purchasing a car from Fremont Ford over the weekend. I was looking to purchase a new Ford Fusion Hybrid. I visited the dealership and took a test drive, which sold me on the car. I was interested in a specific trim package and color scheme but it was not available on the lot. I gave the dealership the features that I wanted. They did some research and by the end of the day the car was on their lot!! I was in the following morning and purchased the car. There was no haggling on price since I already had the retiree Z Plan pricing. I was able to take advantage of the latest incentives (including 5 year 0% financing) plus an acceptable price for a trade-in. Even the final financing paperwork was a breeze. Special thanks to Reza Sawes for the test drive and pointing out the features of the car. Also I wanted to thank David Valencia for quickly locating and obtaining the vehicle. Thanks Fremont Ford!!

I had a 7:30 am appointment and was signed in by 7:45. I chose to wait for my vehicle, which I did in an area that you could get coffee, hot chocolate and water for free while waiting. Within 1 1/2 hours my car was completely done. I was shocked because I have taken my car in for service for less work being done and it would take 5 to 6 hours. I am very pleased with the service and the customer friendly environment that Ford offers.
