Good Dealership

Very good service from Naz and Leo, they were so friendly and the gave you the best deal. Highly recommended dealership if you are located in east bay area

I wish I can give them a zero for sales department

First their Sales Department looks like having internal conflicts, they are very unprofessional and not trustworthy. I worked with a Salesperson called Johnny, he a absolute crap, has two faces. He respects you initially (don't fall for it), when coming to finalizing the price he never keeps up his words. My experience is summarized as below: I met them on Thursday after closing time (goole showed wrong closing time) they were over respectful and said ok to what ever price you ask for I had an appointment on Friday but I told him in advance that I cannot make it due to office commitments and took an advance appointment for Saturday Saturday I showed-up, Jonny was in a hurry and did not give proper time to discuss (he always says I give you 5 minutes because its Saturday and he is busy (believe me the showroom is absolutely empty)), did not offer me even a test drive, as if he was offering me a free car just forcing me to select just two, which does not have any options we have initially agreed and we was very arrogant and rude with me and my friend. I just left the dealership and came out.

Great service!

The service I received on that day was great. I was in a rush when I got in there but my car wasn?t going to be ready for another 6-7 hours. I told the gentleman that helped me about my situation and how I had a 6-7 hour drive I needed to make as soon as possible and he bumped me up and was able to get my car serviced within the hour and got me out of there 5 hours early! I was so impressed and felt like he really cared about my needs and stressful circumstance and he just showed his great customer service. It?s not easy trying to help everyone especially when it?s busy. Yet he was able to do just that. Not only for me but for other guests as well. Thank you, and I will definitely be back for my next service.

Great experience

I had a great experience at Fremont Ford. Omar was attentive and listened to my needs. He was willing to negotiate fairly so that he sold a car and I got a good deal. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely purchase here again.
