Best place to buy a car

This was the first time I had ever bought a brand new car and I am beyond pleased. You can't beat service that you'll receive there. The people are wonderful, the service was fantastic and my car is a dream come true Thank you Fremont Ford

40k service

Service was easy to schedule and was completed in the timeframe quoted. Not repaired was passenger door window control that works sporadically. Still works sporadically.

Good Service

Well it was a little hard trying to make an appointment it took me two days,the second day i was on hold for 15 minutes,after that things went find.

Great work, communication could be better

My Ford Escape got worked on in the body shop for almost a month. a couple times Stacy told me she would call me to follow up and would not call me. I would have to call myself to see if my car was ready. I didn't always feel like I was in the loop but communication got much better in the last week my car was in the shop.

You have an excellent service department. Answers are provided together with any assistance that might be needed. Peter is merely outstanding in all ways. He has developed great customer repor with the complete range of people you serve. He is The Man from my point of view.

Peter in Service is the bomb!

Peter is always helpful. This last service was a bit of an emergency due to kids being off school and needing to be driven around all day. My car was having trouble starting & I couldn't risk being stuck in the middle of nowhere with a carload of kids! He took care of us right away, and we didn't skip a beat! Thanks to Peter, we keep coming back to Fremont Ford's service center.
