Service dept

Fast, friendly service dept. It took a little longer to services but there's always a chance that'll happen and could happen anywhere. Michael was very accommodating to my schedule.

Rip off for an oil change an tire rotation

Took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. Cost was $75...even using synthetic oil this was excessive. To top it off, they tried to get me to flush my brake line and turn my rotors on my front brakes. I have enough knowledge to know this didn't seem right so called someone I trusted who owns a service center. He said he had never flushed brake lines and not to do it. I know when my rotors need turning and knew they were not in bad shape. Frustrating to know that some people would have fallen for this and paid the $280 extra for something that didn't need to be done. Had the rotors needed to be turned, I was quoted, $80 vs. the $140 from the dealership. I have not used a dealership in years and did it for convenience, but will not use it again. This is simply trying to take advantage of people.

10k Service

The associate that was assigned to me Tabitha Laney-Brown was awesome! She was friendly, kept me informed of the progress of my service and went out of her way to answer my questions and provide help with a floor mat defect that is still under warranty. I hope all your associates are this friendly and helpful. Very impressed.

Toyota Camry 2015 service department

Sid was excellent in the service department.. short wait... prompt and courteous I bought my car from this dealership in December from Brad Ballard... bought it in an hour!

Staff are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Excellent service provided. Also gave information on future services that will be required and gave reminder to use coupons for discounts.

All of the staff was very professional and was very quick in servicing my car. There was even a manicure station while you wait. I will return.
