Oil Change

Eric Goodson great service manager At quick express. Great star rating recognition for him. He was vey courteous and helpful with my highlander oil change and quick lube.

Great people at Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota! Steve Hunt in sales was great. The Service Team also address an issue with my car in a timely manner. Dennis, Cody, and the rest of the Service Team were great.

Excellent service, friendly and prompt

My service manager was Brandon sigmon and he was accommodating, friendly and got my vehicle serviced promptly and with great quality. I highly recommend using this service department and ask for Brandon

Oil Change, Tire Rotation, 36 months Service

Brandon Sigmon was very polite and professional. I really appreciate that extra care was taken to cover seats and place down paper mats before work was done.

Great Customer Service

I had my cracked windshield replaced and had to go to Mike Johnson Toyota to have them recalibrate the attached rear view mirror/camera which controls the automatic headlight dimmer and lane departure sensor. The assistant service manager, Randy Quinn went the extra mile and even helped set me up with a rental car (via Kimberly, another friendly smiling face) while the repairs were being done. Great customer service by a well-trained, courteous staff.

Great Service

Had front brakes replaced for my son's car. The service was awesome. The customer service rep (Mr. Storm DeBoard) diagnosed the problem and got it fixed quickly. I will bring my vehicle back.

Surprise

I have purchased 2 new cars here. Great buying process. I have used the service center for all my service needs. More than once I have gotten back in my car with my a/c blasting as well as my radio so loud I thought my speakers were going to bust. Just be prepared. I was not please with the service center workers.
