Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota

I was greeted promptly even though I arrived at a busy time. My tech rep was super friendly and helpful ... made it a pleasant experience.

My first contact was with Brandon Sigmon. I had an engine light and VSC light on - the end result - I had to replace the charcoal canister. He said they could do it that day. I am extremely pleased with the service, the facilities and the recommendations that Brandon suggested. I will be coming back.

Went in for oil change. Cost is high, but fortunately I had a coupon. Cannot fine one line, though. Popcorn was great. Time for service was as promised.

I continue to have outstanding service from Nick Jullian time after time. When Nick says something needs to be done on my vehicles; I immediately give him permission to take care of it. Nick has my complete trust in regards to taking care of my vehicles.

I have been using Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota for all my car needs for almost 4 years now. They are the best around. They are easy to work with and have great staff. I personally always trust Trevor Brown to handle all my car care needs. He is wonderful always so nice and professional. He goes above and beyond to get your vehicle in and out in a timely manner while offering amazing customer service. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Took my Avalon in to be serviced and, as usual, Brandon Sigmon totally took care of everything. In addition to normal servicing a couple of other things came up and after giving me the pro and cons, I told them to go ahead and take care of everything. I could tell on the drive home that it was the right thing to have done. I feel confident having Brandon oversee what needs to be done.

We we treated very well and everyone we felt with was great. We will purchase here again. This is our fourth vehicle purchased at Mike Johnson Toyota.

We purchased a used Suburban and traded in 2 BMW's. They were great. The trade in offers kept me from having to sell my secondary car myself. Service Department is also very nice and help.

John Best was great! He wasn't pushy or overbearing like other dealers! I walked into the dealership at ten till 8 and walked out shortly after 10 with a new car! Thanks so much MJHT!
