My family visited Mike Johnsons and test drive a used car we ended up not being interested in. Salesman Ricky Williams spoke to us to find out what we were searching for (car for our daughter) and made some suggestions based on our budget and their inventory. Turns out they had the perfect car for her. We had planned to go to Charlotte to look but turns out our local dealer had just what we needed. I was a first time car buyer so I was a little hesitant because it was a lot of information to take in. I brought my mother along as someone to ask questions to in case I got confused on anything. I didn't really have to ask her much because everything was explained to me very well and everyone was so helpful. I did have to go back after my purchase to finish up some paperwork that was forgotten, but it was a smooth experience as well and they even filled my car back up with gas since I had to travel back to the dealership!

Eric is knowledgeable and his customer service was excellent! He went out of the way to provide extra service to make the purchase of our new car special!
