Inspection and Fluid(s) Change
My service contact was Lindsey. She was professional and courteous in her communications with me. The service techs performed NC inspection and changed oil with 5W30 synthetic. They also replaced the spark plugs, changed power steering fluid, brake fluid, and coolant. Service was completed in a timely manner. I've been a customer here for 4 years.

Tires- You had ONE job
The upper bldg at MJ Toyota is NOT the same quality as the lower bldg. My usual mechanic (lower bldg) had suggested tires at the end of August. I didn’t want to get tires until Oct 1. When I got a nail in my tire mid Sept, I had no choice but to go ahead and get tires then, or do a $30 patch for 2 weeks. Because I was in a hurry and had no appointment with my regular mechanic, I got my tires at the upper bldg. The people you speak with are great. Super nice and try to be very helpful and informative. However, when I was almost home (about 22 mi) every time I would apply my brakes, my left front wheel would make an odd noise. I had a meeting the next day that I had to be at, about 60 mi round trip. The noise continued. I went nowhere the rest of the day, and wouldn’t even drive it to church that Sunday. Monday morning I went back to Toyota to my usual service advisor, Cindy, who always takes care of all my issues, and my usual mechanic, Lee, who is amazing at what he does. It was just as a friend had told me it probably was... a LOOSE WHEEL!!! Seriously?? The mechanic at the upper bldg had ONE job, put new tires on the car SECURELY!! At this point, I’m just hoping it didn’t round it out!! I will NEVER, EVER go to the upper bldg again. If I can’t get in to see Cindy and Lee, I will go to another tire store altogether. It’s shameful that they (upper bldg) would send a single woman out on such a horrendous job of not making sure the tires were even secured. For anyone reading this, DONT DO IT. Do not go to the upper bldg. It is NOT the same quality.

Good job by Mike Johnson service department
Called ahead to get estimate service backlog. Crew beat the time quoted so got in and out promptly. Nice to be able to squeeze in this stop with several others and still be early for a meeting.

Communication of prepaid service contracts covered
I sent my truck into the dealer for my routine 15,000 mile maintenance, that is paid for thru my prepaid service contract. My driver took my vehicle in for me. No one at the dealership service center thought it to be right to contact the customer (Me) before doing a 4 wheel alignment and balance of my tires. Came out with a $160.00 maintenance bill that was unauthorised and never approved. Had to pay my driver because that is the right thing to do. Before having repair work Be Sure To Ask what is covered. Very Disappointed in the dealership and their service dept.

Updates on my 2018 Camry
My purchase of my 2018 Camry was not the best experience due to the salesman. I had quite of few issues with the car when I bought it and after going to the proper people in Mike Johnson Toyota I was truly taken care of and was highly grateful for such great service from the service department and all the management in regards to my problems with Camry. I would recommend Mike Johnson Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

I have a 2015 RAV4. This last time was the better experience of all. Jessica treated me with respect. Answered my questions, worked with me on a few things and even offered to walk me out to find my car when service was finished. That’s never happened there before. She’s a keeper.
