Warranty Recalls

Worked with me to set a time for two cars and fit my schedule. Work was done within a reasonable time and I was not pressured for any additional work or services and I appreciate that. Honest staff!

2019 4 Runner

We had the best experience ever. Norm was a pleasant salesman to deal with and very helpful with the 4runner. We are returning to purchase a used Tacoma this weekend for my son.

Bell housing damaged from frame replacement

I had my frame replacement done last year and after I noticed an exhaust leak but I thought it would go away but it didn't so I wasn't going to bring it back right away. I had to move my boat around my house and got stuck so I put it in 4x4 and when moving it I noticed a bumping noise and a few days later I had to replace one of my O2 sensors and while I was under the vehicle I noticed that one of the exhaust flange nuts wasn't tightened all the way down and I also noticed that there was a lot of damage to my bell housing where the drive shaft yoke had been hitting it so I brought it in to find out what was wrong with it. They told me one of the bolts that held the front axle was loose from when the frame was changed and they tried to tighten the exhaust flange bolt and broke it the stud off. They didn't fix it but tried to get me to replace most of my exhaust at a ridiculous price of $1200 labor instead of fixing my exhaust flange stud. I could buy a after market exhaust system for $400 to $500 pre bent and ready to install and do myself.

Oil change/ tire rotation

Jeff helped me so very much. I am from Alabama but was staying in North Carolina for a month and needed some service done to my car and he helped me and went above and beyond what I could ever ask for.

Tabitha is always very courteous and takes good care of my vehicles. I appreciate the comfortable waiting area, the manicurist, and the soda or coffee and fresh popcorn.

Fantastic service

I would like to say that Jeff in services really took care of me. I came in to change my transmission fluid because I thought it was low and was making my car run funky. Jeff knew it wouldn't help and found out that there was a recall on my torque converter and got me taken care of free of charge. He saved me alot of money. Awesome service and fast repair!
