To have breaks put on

Jason Helms is always pleasant and explains everything that has been done and goes over charges with me. I'm never there long. Facilities is clean offer free snacks and drinks.

State Inspection

Brenda Boggs was politely pleasant and friendly when she assisted me with my request for for my yearly state inspection. My vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner and Brenda kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle which I appreciated. I do wish someone had reminded me though, that my vehicle was due for an oil and filter change. I was very please with Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota. Thanks Brenda.

fixing the "funny sound"

These guys are top notch and work hard for the customers! They take the time to listen and are extremely courteous. I have been a loyal customer to Shawn May for over 11 years and will continue to take my vehicles to him for any needs. Thank you to Stephen for going above and beyond!

Service stop , change oil , rotate tires .

Was met a arrive , truck taken in shop , had a nice place to wait with popcorn , soda , and bottle water.service people very polite and helpful. GREAT job fellows , c u soon . Chad .

3rd Time's A Charm

Afraid it took 3 visits to find out what was causing my brakes to squeal. The service department tho kept picking up my car, checking it out and then bringing it back to me with a master tech finally figuring it out. They assure me that no matter what, if anything goes wrong with the work they did they will fix it for up to a year's time.

Chad RULES!

I was very impressed with Chad's work ethic and genuine personality. We are pleased with the work and efficiency and willingness to add on a repair for our car. We were so thankful to be given a rental car while ours was being repaired. GREAT SERVICE!

Oil change/tire rotation

Was met by Lindsey P, who has a very good presence She told me how long the maintenance would take, where I could go to wait and that coffee and water was available. Later, she came out and told me that the brake pads were worn down, but didn't need to be replaced immediately. I was given the cost and decided to have that done, for I would be doing more mountain driving. She said it would take another hour. I was prepared with reading material and also met an acquaintance, so the time zipped by. The waiting area is pleasant and clean--even the garage is clean and bright. About the quality of repairs--I hope it was excellent, but I gave a 4 in case I do run into problems. I know others who have private mechanics, who charge less, but the costs seem a bit high. However, the 16 year old car I drive has been dependable, so for this I give MJT credit for keeping the car road worthy and reliable, for I have had them do all the routine maintenance. I did get a small cut by using a coupon. The staff seem to be very customer oriented.

Friendly proffesional service

Just routine service this time. I was treated respectfully and didn't have to wait very long to have the requested work completed. The staff there are always helpful and friendly.

The service writer was friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting room was pleasant, except for the HGTV playing on the tv. Love being able to come in without an appointment
