Derek was very helpful, patient and understanding.

Derek was helpful, patient, and asked others to help us find out answers he didn't know. JP and Dot were very nice and JP was great to meet in person!!!!!!!!

Professional

I also took time to locate a used Toyota for my husband and the sales rep. was helpful and listened to the preference that I outlined for a vehicle for my husband. We have a Toyota Motrix, purchased new in 2009. When our son graduated and moved out east, he too bough a Matrix. Wish Toyota still made that vehicle. That's what my husband wants and I will not give up mine.

15,000 mile service

Arrived early. Service finished early due to open time period. After returning home I realized that I had left my smart phone quick charger behind in the waiting area and called customer service. They checked but did not find it. I left my name and number should it be turned in to the desk.

Software update for 2017 Highlaner transmission

I came into service for my Highlander shifting rough, and sometimes searching for the right gear. After software update, the transmission shifted smoothly, and had no problem finding the right gear.

Quick, courteous, efficient

I've always had top-flight experiences in both the service and sales departments. This visit was just a routine servicing, but service agent Mike Lebeda was helpful and friendly, as always. He explains things thoroughtly and gives good guidance. The wait was short, and the coffee is good, too.
