The car was in for a 20,000 mile check up and they discovered a problem with the air conditioner fan, which I would have never noticed, fixed the problem and avoided a potential major breakdown. Well done!!

Hold title forever; great service overall.
I paid with a cashier's check, but their policy the title for 10 days. I had to really push, after 2 weeks, to get the title. The car only came with a 15 day tag. Do the math. Bad policy in my opinion - a huge inconvenience. The service, however/otherwise, was EXCELLENT. The sales rep (Greg) was awesome. Love the car too.

Dead battery
Dead battery at restaurant in evening after service dept was closed. Dealer sent truck for jump. I drove to service dept. The driver took care of after hours forms and key drop, then drove me back to my other car.

Disappointed
I took my car in because the check engine light was on and it needed an oil change. they said the light was on because it needed a camshaft position sensor that would cost over 2000.00. I told them to hold off and just do the oil change/ when I got home the car was leaking oil. the check engine light was off and has been since. I don't think it needed the expensive repair and neither did another Volvo mechanic I talked to. I took the car back and the oil plug wasn't in tight. this is a luxury car dealer that services many expensive brands and they couldn't even get a simple oil change right.

Great facility, Friendly, courtious people.
Great people to work with, fantastic buying experience. Vehicle was represented very well, in fact better than was expected. No hassle buying, great reasonable pricing. Would definitely shop there again.
