The truck they sold us November '22 along with a mechanical warranty. Was driven 19 days, would not start - mechanic did $5,905. in repairs ($3,000. covered by purchased warrantee). On January 3,'23, it was driven 2 more days. It began to smoke - towed ( $240.) back to repair shop. Diagnostic and estimated cost ($4,875.) We understand, when buying a used vehicle there may be some unpredictable things come up but, this deal is a scam. Total financed $10,000. this was also shady. Out of pocket cost SO FAR to drive that truck for 25 days $4,645. (+ another $4,875. to get it moving.

Not a nice person .I had 9 thousand for car which was the price. But was a little short for some kind of paper work fee. My son and grandkids live in small town where people are still decent folks

Quick and easy purchase in January. No up selling. Had to go back to have a part replaced when it came in. Took 3 minutes and it was done. Would buy from them again, no question.

Don't even consider buying a car from these people. They are crooks, plain and simple. I bought one from them. Didn't even make a month without a major problem. The first repair, under warranty, was over $640. The second was $850 a few months later. They buy cars nobody else wants from the auto auctions, clean them up a little, and put them on the lot. The don't refurbish them, work on them or anything else. They claim to be an auto shop but have no waiting room, workorders, or mechanics. In six trips to their facilityI never saw one other person bringing in a car for service. The biggest crook of the bunch, there are numerous entities at the same building, is the guy who runs Quatro Motors. Save yourself a lot of money and run away from these guys. And don't believe the Carfax thing. My car was wrecked in the past but Carfax said it wasn't. Don't believe the price valuation either. I lost $5000 the minute I drove off their lot.

Bought a 2013 Honda Odyssey from Allen Automotive. Had a water pump failure and coolant leak which caused the timing belt to break and destroy the whole engine. I've had the car for a month and a week. They told me there was nothing they could do for me. They also told me they would put new brakes on it and that they would call me when they came in. They NEVER did. They apparently don't inspect or test drive any of these vehicles that they sell. That or their mechanic is a complete idiot. Probably both. All around horrible and shady place to buy a car. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

The purchase of the car was fast and easy. Much appreciated. Everything was good until about 2 weeks and then the car went south. Brake and alignment issues, then sunroof issues and then the engine had a burning smell to it. I called the dealership to ask what their warranty covers. I received no compassion / customer service. I wasn't expecting them to fix my car or anything but I was a bit put off that he didn't even apologize or ask what is wrong with the car. I just heard "we only cover engine and transmission" and then silence. This type of response made me feel like he just gave me a big middle finger. Most places will at least ask what is going on and even attempt to help me in some way. I just got silence.

Price listed on website was price given. No sales pressure. Helpful without intrusion. Sales tax and one small admin fee were the only things added to the price. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend them!
